CHAPTER 13: The Brain


580. Every human brain is both a broadcasting & receiving station
for the Vibration of Thought.
581. Through the emotions, the vibrations of thought may be increased.
582. The brain which has been stimulated by the emotion of sex,
vibrates at a much more rapid rate than it does
when the emotion is quiescent or absent.
583. The broadcasting principle is the factor through which you
mix FEELING, or EMOTION WITH YOUR THOUGHTS
& pass them on to your subconscious mind.
584. You have three principles to bear in mind,
& to apply, when you wish to use your broadcasting station
- the subconscious mind, creative imagination, & auto-suggestion.
The procedure begins with desire.
585. Man has depended too much upon his physical senses,
& has limited his knowledge to physical things.
586. Perhaps we shall learn, that the "other self" (HIGHER SELF)
is more powerful than the physical self.
587. All of us are controlled by forces which are unseen & intangible.
588. There are 10,000,000,000 to 14,000,000,000 nerve cells
in the human cerebral cortex, & we know that these are
arranged in definite patterns.
589. Telepathy & clairvoyance are really one & the same gift.
590. Prophetic dreams, premonitions of disaster,
may also prove to be part of the same faculty.
