163. The person who has a personality that gets along with all kinds of people
has an advantage over people who aren't easy to get along with.
164. Qualities of character, intelligence, & personality
are far more important than specific educational backgrounds.
165. Specialized Knowledge plus imagination were the ingredients
that created a unique & successful business.
166. The outlook from the bottom is not so very bright or encouraging.
It has the tendency to kill off ambition. We call it "getting into a rut,"
which means that WE ACCEPT OUR FATE BECAUSE WE FORM
THE HABIT OF DAILY ROUTINE.
167. SUCCESS & FAILURE are largely the results of HABIT!
168. Business associations are vital factors, both in failure & in success.
169. The bottom is a monotonous, dreary, unprofitable place for any person.
