08. Some people foolishly believe that only money can make money.
This is not true!

10. Have the habit of doing more than paid for.
11. Have A PLEASING PERSONALITY.
12. Willingness to assume FULL RESPONSIBILITY.
13. Leadership by force cannot endure.

-Advertising in Newspapers, Trade Journals, Magazines, & Radio.
-Personal Letters of Application
-Application Through Personal Acquaintances
-Application In Person
15. Concentrate on what you can give.
16. Create self-discipline.
(Discipline comes through self-control. One must control all negative qualities. Before you can control conditions, you must first control yourself. If you do not conquer self, you will be conquered by self.
You may see your best friend or your greatest enemy in front of a mirror)
17. FAILURE CANNOT COPE WITH PERSISTENCE.
18. There is no hope of success for the person who repels people through a negative personality.

25. You should know all of your weaknesses in order that you may either bridge them
or ELIMINATE THEM COMPLETELY.
26. Your value is established entirely by your ability to render useful service.
27. The EFFECTIVE MARKETING of personal services requires one
to MOVE FORWARD EVEN IF THE PROGRESS IS SLOW.
28. Create a practical plan for marketing.
29. Those people who are just beginning to earn money,
have nothing but personal services to offer in return for riches.

30. Capitalists are motivated by the desire to build, achieve, render useful service,
earn profits & accumulate riches.
31. A dependable method of accumulating riches is by rendering useful service.
